I received a comment on a past project, where the reviewer wanted verification that the project was actually a LZ3 as defined by IESNA RP33-99. I have obtained a copy of RP33-99 and to be an LZ3 it shall be: "Areas of medium ambient brightness. These will generally be lighting residential areas. Road ways will normally be lighting to typical traffic route standards."
Anyone have the deffinition of "typical traffic route"? Or do I need to buy another book?
