European Certificates accepted?

As discussed on those forums, this certifiations would not be accepted right now by USGBC, although that could change in the future.What are your thoughts? Yes, but there is a special clause that you need to buy additonal RECs. This is outlined in the LEED Reference Guide, if you have a copy.
