I have a Liebert Computer Room Unit (DX System) it has a capacity of 137.8 MBH.

It has a low efficiency (8.2 EER), the min efficiency listed on the 90/1-2007 TABLE 6.8.1B is 10.6 EER....

That really depends.... how big and complex is the building, what are the prevailing rates in your area, etc.I suspect that it will be tough to get an answer to this question in an open forum like this—people are discreet about sharing this info.
