Consult Core & Shell Appendix 1General forumsposted by Tristan Roberts on Apr 29, 2010, 5:38 pm(Transients)". The reviewer then requested confirmation. If the facility is an office building without any built-out suites, why would they question having zero transients when LEED's default value for office transients is zero? Perhaps they just want to confirm? Log in or register to post comments Tristan Roberts Representative Vermont House of Representatives LEEDuser Expert 11477 thumbs up May 5, 2010- 12:10 pm... Certainly not perfect...General forumsposted by Roxanne Button on Sep 15, 2010, 3:54 pma LEED-certified building. At my previous firm, that was consistently presented to clients as being anywhere from $120k to $200k just to cover the documentation for the project, and it was treated as a separate line item from the design fee. I know a lot of architects who treat it like that. I had a LEED for Schools project that went through a very painful cost-cutting exercise which not only eliminated the LEED... On the other line the material cost is counting toward Option 2. So you're not double-counting the cost because it's basically going toward different requirements. elevator questionGeneral forumsposted by Tristan Roberts on Dec 7, 2010, 3:55 pmJonathan, where are you coming from on this? Is this a project question, or are you with an elevator company? LEED awards points for the goal, i.e. saving of energy or water. Those are covered by credits, with lots of points available. What makes you think elevators are excluded from that? What do you mean by the new version? LEED ... Last reply: Akif Ali, Dec 6, 2016, 2:55 pm |
