You can become a member for as little as one month, for $9.95 (cancel anytime), so it's a very cost-effective way to get access to a lot of great tools. If you do choose to become a member, you'll have access to the registration information for the webcast here. Enhanced CX 'Design Firm'

Scott Bowman LEED Fellow Integrated Design + Energy Advisors, LLC LEEDuser Expert 519 thumbs up February 18, 2011- 3:09 pm I have never run across this issue, but you would want to be careful and make sure that the requirement that the CxA not be "employee of design firm" applies to the MEP only, and not to the whole design team. A quick CIR would be important to make sure you do not expend a lot of effort, and then only get credit for fundamental (which would definately not be a problem). In this Table, are we supposed to list EVERY room in the building, or group similar rooms to together? Tristan Roberts Representative Vermont House of Representatives LEEDuser Expert 11477 thumbs up March 29, 2011- 9:53 am James, the guidance in the LEED Reference Guide, page 224, seems pretty clear—determine the finished area, like a painter. This is similar to the guidance for LEED-NC, which says to use visible surface area. It seems like you'll get a lot of surface area out of this.... too good to be true? But I would proceed in that fashion. Log in or register to post comments ...
