Parking garage... outside project boundary

interpretation. In my case, would an owner owned parking lot near the building butt outside the LEED Boundary need to be covered? Lets say, within my LEED Boundary there are only 50 spaces, all underground, and nearby but outside the LEED Boundary the owner owns a parking lot with 150 uncovered spaces. Would I need to cover 50 of those spaces to meet this credit? Or do I already meet the credit with 100%...

approach since you will still get water savings from your blow-out fixtures opposed to the zero savings that you would get if you followed the guidance and put both your baseline and proposed at 3.5 gpf....

Attributes (whew....MR 5."whatever" would be a LOT easier....) you'll notice that Bio-Based materials are specifically designated as "Structure and Enclosure" and NOT Non-Structural....

Our project is located in a small, tight suburban lot. The only landscape requirements within the zoning information is that A) 5% of the parking lot must be landscaped, B) any retention areas must be landscaped (not within our site boundary) and C) the landscape setbacks must be landscaped (also not within our site boundary.) Basically our landscaped area = 20% of our parking lot paved area. We think this meets the requirement for SSc5.2, BUT are worried that LEED will make us use the 20% of the site area. Which we do not meet- we are currently landscaped 12% of our site area. But if we follow our 5%...

Daycare Center- Bike Racks on Lot Boundry My Bicycle Parking Racks are located on the Lot Boundry. On the otherside of the fence, through the always open gates is the public side walk. How should I (why should I) proove/plan "dedicated bike lanes in two directions". This came back as lacking the "site plan showing"...from the reviewers.
