I am working on a new construction of a hospital building on a site where a new MOB and a shared parking garage will be also constructed. The owner is pursuing LEED certification for the hospital but not for MOB. Regarding to the project boundary, I assume the MOB will be excluded from the LEED project area since the MOB is not in part of the LEED project scope.
