Hello, It been a little hard to draw the line between the enhanced commissioning scope and the measurement and verification scope.

Hi. For the 10 month post-occupancy commissioning - when is the post-occupancy considered started. When all occupants (100%) have moved into the house and all equipment is up and running?

Hi, We are commissioning a building that will be connected to a DES that was completed in 2012, so it is considered "new".

AV systems?

Do AV systems need to be commissioned for LEED. Such as, if they lighting were connected to the AV system?
