Hi. For the 10 month post-occupancy commissioning - when is the post-occupancy considered started. When all occupants (100%) have moved into the house and all equipment is up and running? Or when 80% have moved into the building?
Kind regards, Lise

Typically this is to correspond to the contractor's warranty period...to have a couple of months to address things that may come up before the initial warranty runs out. So it is best to determine when the building was accepted by the owner and operations shifted to the owners and their team.
