Carpool Hours

Hi, has anyone has success with noting the carpool stalls are only used during certain hours of the day (like during typical office hours)?

Location of car/vanpools for project with perimeter parking strategy

Our project has a total of 139 parking spaces at the perimeter of the campus, with ONLY ADA/handicap and six (6) short-term visitor spaces at a close in drop off area.

LEED for Retail Option 4 Path 1 states "size parking capacity must meet but not exceed minimum local zoning requirements".

Hotel and counting drop-off spaces

Hello - we have a hotel project and are attempting Option 1. The question is - we are meeting the zoning requirement for number of spaces, PLUS we have 3 drop-off (15 minute) spaces.

We are targeting SSc.4.4-Alternative Transportation-Parking Capacity for a New Construction project. The project will not provide any parking.

Local zoning establishes a maximum parking count vs. a minimum; does the project need to pursue the ITE parking generation option?

Existing Parking conditions

The existing conditions of the site have 55 existing parking spaces. Our plans show that we are taking out 14 parking spaces and adding 16 addition spaces, totaling 71 parking spaces.
