There is no new parking provided within the LEED boundary of our project (no parking at all). The project is part of a performing arts center campus. The existing PCA has nearby parking and our project can designate required number of the closest parking spots for LE/FE purposes. Is it possible for us to pursue both SSc4.3 and SSc4.4? If we can only pursue one or the other, is it possible to pursue SSc4.3 even though the parking spots are outside of our LEED project boundary?
