Looking for some help finding Material Ingredients Option 2 documentation for the following products:

Do I need to submit the purchase invoice or any other documentation confirming product acquisition when applying for Building Product Disclosure and Optimization credits on LEED Online?

Can REACH and Global Green Tag certifications count for the Optimization even if they aren't international projects?

If an HPD inventory includes the following information: "Substances representing 95% of the product weight are reported at 100/1000 ppm threshold and substances representing 5% of the product weigh

   I'm looking for confirmation on what counts as 3rd Party Verification for these two types of Material Ingredient Reports:

LEED manual clearly says that an HPD must report ingredients at or above 0.1% for compliance with Option 1.

If a manufacturer provides an inventory of all potentially hazardous ingredients (up to 100ppm) but omits ingredients that pose no risk and does not list them, does the report qualify for Option 1
