As our project is located in Northern CA, it is not diffidult to achieve this credit as there are many haulers with third-party certified diversion rates (RCI) in the area.

Feedback from the architecture firm and general contractors re: PC implementation in Southern California

Has anyone tried submitting with a state led auditing and verification program?  The credit criteria state rates and facilities must be reveiwed by a "qualified third-party organization"

The credit guidance notes that to apply rates over time, a project's waste should be the weighted average for the facility over the time in which the project sent materials to the facility.

Has anyone had sucess achiving this credit by using an RCI facility for the majority of the waste and then using another facility for the demolition waste? 

This credit was fairly easy to meet but I am wondering if all the C&D processing facilites we used must be verified?

There are still very few facilities certified under RCI. Projects that have pursued this pilot have all been proximate to the necessary receiving facilities and would have likely used them anyway.

Documentation of this credit was easy because we are using a hauler who has a CORR certified facility that is near to our job.  We tried this pilot credit once before and did not achieve it be
