In a warehouse Project, for determining the actual parking capacity of the project, are the Trucks counting in the parking spaces ?

Dear all. We are working on a LEED v4 NC campus project in which two (office) buildings pursuing a LEED certification.

We are working on a LEED v4 BD+C Museum project in Fort Hood, TX. The project consists of Art Gallery, Exhibition spaces, Class-rooms and Offices. There is No Local code for Parking.

The project building is gallery, museum. Museum category is not included in the Table - Base Ratios for parking spaces, by building type. What is the best option for calculation it?

Hi! We are working on a project that does not provide any off-street parking on site but parking spaces for employees are leased from 3 nearby parking garages.

Even given the fact that LEED does not want to encourage automobile use, it seems excessively onerous to me to require a project to meet a 40% reduction if it earns even 1pt in Density or Transit.

I don't have a copy of this to hand but need to know the content of Tables 18-2 to 18-4.

If a project has no parking whatsoever, new or existing, can it claim exemplary performance for a 100% reduction?

Have people tried using discounted parking as preferred parking for this credit?

what is the area of reference to calculate the number of parking spaces? gross floor area or usable floor area?
