Hello, I am working on a C&S project. The minimum parking capacity set by local zoning is 165 parking spots. The project has 165 spots exactly. The project size is 86000 sq ft.

Our project is a mall, situated in a place with no local zoning requirements for parking.

I'm working on a shopping center in an urban area. We're providing about 90 parking spaces, slightly more than code minimum, so we can't get the points using Option 1.

My LEED project will be using a garage that will be designed to serve four buildings.
