Revise the section to read:
"The lighting boundary typically coincides with the property lines of the property that the LEED project occupies. However, in certain situations the lighting boundary may be modified:
• When the property boundary abuts a public area that includes, but is not limited to, a walkway, bikeway, plaza, or parking lot, the lighting boundary may be moved to 5 feet (1.5 meters) beyond the property line.

Revise the first paragraph to read:

Private or private use applies to plumbing fixtures in residences, apartments, and dormitories; private (non-public) bathrooms in transient lodging facilities (hotels and motels); and private bathrooms [and patient rooms] within hospitals and nursing facilities.

Add the following to eligible fixtures section:

In 4th column labeled "Contributing value" change the row for "Extended producer responsibility" from "2,000" to ".5 X $2,000 = $1,000", change the total from "$5,200" to "4,200".
In the 2nd column labeled” Criterion” change the row for “Recycled content (60%) to “Postconsumer recycled content.” In the same column, change the row for “Cradle-to-Cradle v2 certified” to “Cradle-to-Cradle v2 Gold”

Under the second first-level bullet (energy-related research and analysis), replace the second-order bullet set with the following:
• Building envelope and façade conditions
• Elimination and/or significant downsizing of building systems (e.g., HVAC, lighting controls, exterior materials, interior finishes, and functional program elements)
• Methods planned to gather feedback on energy performance and occupants’ satisfaction during operation
• Other systems

Under the Required Documentation table, add a note that reads as "*In lieu of a consolidated Resilience Plan, cities or communities may provide individual city plans, ordinances, regulations or policies to demonstrate compliance to credit requirements."

At the end of the credit, add an Exemplary Performance section that reads: 'This credit is not eligible for exemplary performance."
