Is there LEED CS Precertification plaque?

What program/tools/websites is everyone using to generate the required maps for credit submittal?
I need a map of street intersections, bicycle networks, open spaces, transit stops. Preferably with the capability to illustrate the required radii.
Spent half the day yesterday and a few hours today trying to figure out arcgis online. I give up. There has to be an easier way.

Hello all - We are currently working on a project that is required to meet the standards of CT Public Acts which require LEED Silver compliance as a requirement of the project funding. I was wondering if anyone could provide some insight into how this process works "on the ground" relative to review by the municipal code officials, the Certificate of Occupancy process, etc. We want to get a better real-world understanding of what teams are doing to document compliance for officials and agencies that may not otherwise be paying as much attention to the nuances of LEED as most of us on these forums do.

It should not be a surprise to any LEED person that the new Adobe DC does not work with LEED-online.
In IE11 the the system requirements say Adobe Reader not found. Yes, i have done all the trouble shooting.
In Firefox ver. 40 i can open a credit form but cannot save the information.
I have several tickets in to LEED-online.
Adobe DC would seem to be the problem. No, i can go back to an older version of Adobe.

My best work around is a old computer with XP and Adobe 9 and a sign "do not update". 08-18-2015

Does anyone have any insight and willing to share what is happening at USGBC? First the Chairman says he is going to step down at the end of next year.

I'm a bit happy to see him step down. I was unhappy with his salary when it was $500,000 a year. Now that it has reached $1,500,000 I'm angry. I am curious why he would walk away from such a sweet deal. But I figured let's not look a gift horse in the mouth.

Now they just announced the elected Board of Directors is being pushed into the newly created Advisory Council. The new Board of Directors will be picked by the old Board, and given to vote on by members in a "take it or leave it" manner.

What is causing this big change right now and why so much effort to toss the old out and replace them with hand picked team? I really prefer picking a single person for a seat. This also feels very open to the possibility of abuse. Large donors or friends of friends getting put on the Board rather than someone the members want to see.

I have a client asking me for a consultancy proposal for LEED NC certification for a new office building, 4 story, GFA 1,500 m2. They would like LEED Gold. The construction phase will last 8 months. How long should I propose to achieve LEED certification (how many months for design + construction)? Should I split Design and Construction or separate them? I look forward to hearing from you asap. I am a LEED Green Associate. Took my certification last year and I need to undergo the 15 hours CE for the maintaining it. However, I do have a doubt on this. Do I just attend the webinars/courses and report the number of hours? Or do I have to take the quiz and pass them in order to clock in 15 hours and successfully maintain my credit? I have to do this by the 12th of June, in 3 days' time. So a quick response would be much appreciated.

Do I have to consider the data center floor area the whole area including corridors and stairs that are exclusive use of the data center or just the rooms where the CED devices are physically located?
