Flush out in climate zone 1

NC-2009 IEQc3.2: Construction IAQ management plan - before occupancy

Hi, does anyone here have ever implement flush out in a tropical climate area (climate zone 1 --> high temperature and humidity) and succeed obtaining this credit point?

Apparatus Bay Flush out

We have a Fire Station project scheduled for a flush out of the Appratus Bay. The space has heating but there is not a simple way to control humidity. Has there been any experiances with this...

Flush Out Challenges

We had enough time (14days) built into the schedule to do a pre-occupancy flushout. However, days 10-12, which happened to fall on a weekend, we lost power to the whole building and the boilers...

Do non-regularly occupied spaces have to be air tested?

if you go for option 2, and conduct an air testing in a lab building, do you also need to do the testing in Non- Regularly occupied spaces, such as carpark, toilets, mechanical rooms...
