The air temperature and/or relative humidity went out of the credit requirement specifications for a portion of the flush-out. What do we do? Can we extend the flush-out for the equivalent amount of time to make up for it?

Using option 1 phase flush out 14,000 cf of outdoor air per sf

If we use phase flush out , (1)phase 1 - delivery of out door air min. of 3,400 cf for 7 days pre occupancy and (2)phase 2 -remaining balance on 14,400 for 53 days during occupancy, when can we achieve this LEED Credit ? is it after 60 days we completed the 60 days of flush out?

You don't have to submit documentation of actually completely the flush out, just have to have a plan. So you can submit your documentation whenever all your documentation is complete. Not sure why you are in such a rush to get certified, but I'm sure you have your reasons.
