Hi, I wonder if using groundwater pumped away from the building’s basement or foundation to use in flush-toilets and urinals instead of potable water is a way to achieve Water Efficiency Credit 2,

If I understand correctly, if the Core and Shell developer isn't providing plumbing fixtures, then the tenant agreement is essentially required by LEED to dictate plumbing fixtures.

MRc2-Concrete Not Poured from Truck and Returned to Batch Plant

Is our leftover concrete, not poured from the truck and returned to the batch plant, counted as diverted from landfills per MR2 if we can provide documentation that it is reused by the batch plant
