Process load significantly lower than 25%

The overall process load of our project turns out to be in the vicinity of 15% only. We are aware that 15% is absurdly low and unusual for plants.

Mandatory provision 5.4 for existing building

For an existing building under major renovation would the mandatory provision 5.4.3.4 for vestibules be still applicable even if the project scope does not include any additions or plan modificatio

Submeters to measure AND RECORD energy use

In our project the tenant pays a lump sum for thermal energy use, but pays for electricity based on actual consumption. We therefore cannot achieve the 3 points.

We are tendering out project in 2 phases. 1 contractor will be brought on to provide a strip out (typical demolition services of a CI project).
