I am doing research on the voting of LEED v4. I know that overall, 86% of USGBC members voted yes. My question is, why did they decide to vote yes? And if you voted no, why?

Has anyone considered reporting the use of aerosol "line saver"? This is the stuff sprayed over chalk lines during construction to preserve construction reference lines for layout.
