Does it make sense to break out into two groups? one for public toilets/ lavatories and second group for private toilets and lavatories?

The "Project Details" page on LEED Online (under the "Details" tab) for my project lists an "ANTICIPATED END DATE" of May 15, 2020.

While performing EAp2 for a C&S registered project, could we apply the ACP spreadsheet calculator as we did in CS 2009.

Facade lighting - off after 10pm

Hello, Would that be possible to reach the credit, if the facade lighting doesn't fullfil the upligth criteria, but it is turned off after 10pm?
