How to simulate the building with no conditioned areas

Our project is a garment factory building with no conditioned area, having majority floor area as production unit which is mechanically ventilated.
Where can I get the required maps needed for verification?

I wonder if this also applies to a bathtub. I would think it wouldn´t since you fill the bathtub with a mixture of hot and cold water so the cold water would not be wasted.
