We have a hotel with 4,000 SF of retail at the lower level of a new construction hotel project? How do we sepperate the two projects if they have a central energy plan for chilled water?

we are designing a school project with 14 classrooms and 5 more classrooms planned for future expansión of the school. Those 5 classrooms will not have anything but the walls, windows, and doors.

I'm curious about this Material Ingredient Reporting Credit, both PC76 and v4. Is there is a way to search existing projects for a specific credit to see which projects have earned it?
