When I was trying to fill out the Minimum Energy Performance Data Center Calculator, I was confused about ''Virtualized average server utilization (%)''.

Furniture built with salvaged trees

We have several furniture items that are being built for our new office from salvaged trees around our city that would otherwise be destroyed (dutch elm disease).

Heat Island credit much easier?

Is anyone else finding this combined heat island credit much easier to get than expected?  Given that the thresholds were raised for non-roof paving SR, I understood that additives to lighten

In NYC, there is building that the clients are looking to see if it complies with undergoing LEED certification under a Local Law.  They pretty much ask for what could be included in the scope
