CS with v2009 with future tenants using CI v4 or v4.1

We are working on a CS v2009 project and we are pursuing the credit SSc9 "Tenant Design and Construction Guidelines". I assume future tenant will be asked to register under the v4 or v4.1 program.

Since engineered wood products (like glulams, I-Joists, and laminated veneer lumber) don't seem to be defined in CARB, are they still considered a composite wood product by LEED v4 in this credit c

for baseline building HVAC selection, we shall follow table G3.1.1A (ASHRAE 90.1-2010), being the system defined depending on the building number of floors and its conditioned area.

Gas powered equipment

Is equipment that is powered by gas (such as gas cookers, fryers, ovens) to be included in the list as well or should we just include electrical equipment?
