Motorized and manual shades (such as Mechoshade) are in Division 12. Do they count as "stand-alone furniture items" that must be included in low-emitting materials calculations?

Our project got back the Final Design Review, but changes that affect one Awarded credit occurred during construction.

There are particleboard products that are NAF with third party certifications that LEED reviewers will not accept because they do not have a CARB exempt executive order.
