Unenclosed Buildings & LEED

LEED Rating System Selection

What, if anything, precludes a completely unenclosed building from achieving a LEED certification? Imagine a stand-alone pavilion, band shell, or amphitheater on its own plot of land.

The LEED Credit template for this credit indicates that the renewable installation has to be complete and commissioned prior to building occupancy.
