Campus project

NC-v4 EAp2:Minimum energy performance

Hi all,

We are working on a campus project which consists of two separate buildings which, however, do share a common underground floor.

Is there an opportunity to utilize a different baseline on an existing building that is fully electric building in lieu of the directed (which is gas)?  In addition, for LEEDv4.1
