Are Limestone and Marmoglass considered as hard flooring system, and thus, has to be FloorScore certified fo IEAc4.3?

Hi, Is it possible to get an ID Exemplary Performance for this credit? I thought it wasn't but the form seems to indicate that it possible. If it is, then what are the requirements? Thanks
