Non-default values for Lr and Mr

According to the reference guide I can use non-default values for Lr and Mr if providing supporting evidence material.

Hello. The situation is that we formulate a baseline to simulate according to Standard 90.1-2007 Appendix G, as the building is applying for LEED certification.

Site is located in western Wasington state. We are using the western Washignton Hyraulic model #3 to size the underground detention. The infiltration rate for the site is 50"/hour.

VRP vs 62MZCalc

Is the site considered Brownfield, if the existing buildings have asbestos roofing?
