We have a canteen area in one of our projects that is to be naturally ventilated through open windows and ceiling fans.

Hi, We have an overall 30% ventilation above ASHRAE, for each individual space.

Question: If the rooms are not occupyable rooms, are they subject to the minimum OA rates in the ASHRAE 62.1-2007 standard?

LEED NC 2009 says in p.170 "In buildings with multiple shifts, use the number of FTEs from all shifts". We have a 24hs building, with 4 shifts, some of them overlap.
