I'm working on a LEED project and I have a submittal for a concrete waterproofing product that exceeds the current VOC limit of 100g/l. From what I can gather, the product can be deemed compliant if the manufacturer can present documentation that the off-gassing of the product over a given period (Averaging Compliance Option) is below the previous limit or ceiling (in this case 400 g/l). Is this correct? Or is this simply a non-compliant product, which would require a VOC budget should it be employed on the project? Thanks
