office building with large factory

Our client has a large factory which is under construction. He now wants to add office space and will add an office building to the project. He wants the office building to be LEED certified.

I’m planning to approach this credit through the prescriptive path. My building has windows on all four facades. It also has a central atrium that measures 49.20ft x 49.20ft (2.420sf).

We have over 6,000 lamps in our building, and all but 26 have readily available low-mercury/ high efficiency counter parts. The 26 in question are "mini candelabras" ....

How is this relevant to the fact that people may still use the title LEED AP without needing CEU hours or keeping themselves up to date on current building practices?
