LEED v2009 Minimum energy savings %

Option 1 compliance path indicates the minimum % savings is 10% for new construction. In the LEED v4 comments a mention was made that the threshold was 12% for v2009. If the threshold is greater than 10% where is the requirement cited?

The minimum for the credit to earn a point is 12%. The minimum to earn the prerequisite is 10%.

Marcus is of course correct for v2009. As for LEED v4, which has not been voted on yet, and is in its 5th public comment period, they are updating the standard to 90.1-2010, which is significantly more efficient than 2007 or 2004. Therefore they have proposed requiring 5% for NC to reach the minimum and 6% for NC to start gaining points. The prerequisite and performance credits are not currently open in v4 to comment in this draft.
