FSC assembly requirement for LEED

Per LEED requirements, woodworkers now have to be FSC certified in order to qualify for the MRc7 point contribution.

I got the reviewed comment on the process energy. The way I have modelled is try to add the process load to reach 25% minumum energy threshold eventhough such load does not exist.
