If my project does not have any heating system at all (but it will have cooling system), Are the baseline and proposed models required to have defualt heating system as specified in appendix G? the laguage in the standard indicates "if the system is yet specified" but, in my case, we will have no heating at all since we are in tropical climate.

Technically you are required that have a heating system. The work around is to model one and set the temperatures so it never comes on. Given this workaround it seems ridiculous to make projects go through the academic exercise of modeling a heating system. So you can do one of two things - model it as above or explain to the reviewer that you are aware you are supposed to model a heating system and that if you did you would use the work around above so it would have no effect on the results. The reviewer should accept your position if it is explained.
