We are installing one 240 volt Level 2 electric charging station at our project. The requirement is 3% of total parking, which in our case is apparently 2 stations.

I have a dormitory model where all the suites in the dorms are provided ventilation through operable windows. Ventilation air is solely meant to meet ASHRAE 62.1 requirements.

farmland and disturbance limits

1. Does farmland fall under case 1 or 2? 2. Case 1 requires to limit site disturbance. Does it mean that materials storage and all construction facilities have to be within these limits?

To include or not to include windows

Hello LEEDuser team, do I need to include windows with wooden frames into the calculation? The windows have been fitted during construction stage and were not part of the tenant fit-out.

In the past most of the site (around 48,000m2) was used as a farmland and a summer plot containing of little houses with little gardens (where people could grow vegetables or flowers).
