Quick question in regards to an existing single family home of 1500SF. Can existing homes be certified under LEED for Homes, or must they go for LEED for EBOM? Thanks!

As a member of the LEED MR TAG, I have to say that much of the healthy discussion taking place here and in the article also happened within our TAG.

Hi, I have read a lot of threads, I am pretty sure this product can be considered part of the weatherproofing and therefore not be included.

"Prohibit on-property smoking within 25 feet of ENTRIES, outdoor air intakes and operable windows." I didn't found a definition, which entries are meant?

For steel products, would the extraction location be the mill where it is produced?

Anybody else having a problem with elevated air speed (over 40 fpm)? I have a commerical office building with ceiling diffusers with 60 fpm and the credit has been audited for elevated air speed.
