Walk off mats required at terrace entrances?

One of my residential projects will have terraces on a few floors that are accessible to occupants (part of the amenity spaces).

Historic Building Limitations

Has anyone been successful with a variance on the 10'-0" walk off-matt rule based on the limitations of a historic building? My building has an 8'-0" vestibule at the 2 main entrances.

Purchasing Wood prior to Obtaining CoC Certificate

Hello, Can we count FSC wood products if their supplier obtained the CoC certificate after selling them to the project contractor? In other words, the Contractor purchased wood several months ago

This is my first time doing the LEED paperwork. I'm not sure I'm using all the correct fixtures while filling out prereq 1. Currenly I only have water closets and lavs filled out.

Please, We are not pursuing the credit EA - 3.2 - System Level Metering, therefore how can we estimate a project energy consumption divided by categories (for EA Pre-Requisite 1) if it doesn't have

Wondering the testing requirements (blower door) for residential buildings that allow smoking in the suites. Do we have to test every suite or just 10% of the first x and 5% of the remaining x?

On Site Renewable energy double dip

My client is producing enough energy on-site (solar) to get all the points in EAc1 and EAc2 with a large surplus of renewable energy.
