Combined or separate submeters

CI-2009 EAc3:Measurement and Verification
posted by  Mike D  on

Does the credit require separate submeters for each equipment or can those be combined? Our project design includes a submeter that is for both the hot water and HAVC system combined.

Transit Rides

It was asked earlier and doesn't appear to have an answer: is there a published definition of a "transit ride" for the purposes of this credit and exemplary performance?

Hi. The credit language states that the number of sampling locations will depend on the size of the building and the number of ventilation systems.

We have a rooftop terrace exclusively for employees! Do we have to include the terrace in the roof area or it can be deducted?

Historic Building Limitations

Has anyone been successful with a variance on the 10'-0" walk off-matt rule based on the limitations of a historic building? My building has an 8'-0" vestibule at the 2 main entrances.

Hello, Can we count FSC wood products if their supplier obtained the CoC certificate after selling them to the project contractor? In other words, the Contractor purchased wood several months ago
