Hi all.
I am working in a project that is currently registered as LEED CS 2009. The construction already started (demolition, excavation, sub-bases and 3 underfloor garages have been built) and now the developer just announced that he has sold 70% of the building to one tenant and will keep the remaining 30% for himself. These precentages of ownership place the project within the LEED NC realm. Do I have to change the LEED Certification for New Construction? The thing is that the interior fit out for the 70% indicated above is not under the core team nor the developers realm. Any advice?
Sincerely,
Sonia

Sonia, I think you should be able to work with GBCI and use the system that works best for the project specfics. My advice is to contact GBCI and get their take on it.
