Ready made concrete elements

Hej! Do ready made concrete elements that are delivered on site count as assembly while in concrete that is cast on site the concrete and steel are two materials? Thanks!

According to Interpretation #10209, issued 7/1/2012, it says that if a non-residential SF of a mixed-used building is less than 10% or no greater than 5,000 SF, it is acceptable for the non-residen

Under "LEED Project Submittal Tips: Commercial Interiors 2009", the guide is referencing to Table G3.1-5(F) when applicable for baseline and propose values consistent with Appendix A.

Mixed use meter

We have a meter that measures: chiller + pump + lighting system. Since we are not discriminating by "end use": would this meter qualify towards this credit? Thanks GH

Im a bit confused whether to use overhangs or not in the baseline of the energy model for option 2.
