Pilot-Credits PC15:Parking Reduction

Project Threshholds

I'm working on a CI office project in Hungary and am not excited about spending $137.50 (plus international shipping) for a 1,000 page reference manual so that I can access 3 tables to document a Pilot Credit. In fact, it's rather a waste of paper to print it and fosil fuels to ship it. Is it possible to get the PCC code for office use and the associated parking ratio?

Hi Michael. Your apprehension about shipping the document internationally is understandable. As we present this proposed credit for public comment and putting it in the PCL, we're concurrently determining how best to convey the ITE information to project teams. I'm sorry that - at this point - I can't give indicate how we might help project teams gain the essential ITE information. Thank you, though, for considering this pilot credit and helping to implement its intent on your LEED project.

We're experiencing the same problem. We'd greatly appreciate if this information could be available to us as well. Many thanks.

This may be of little help to international folks, but I've heard of people finding this manual in their local Public Library.

Hi, I have a retail project in Eastern Europe pursuing LEED CI Retail V4 beta version, LTc5 Reduced Parking Footprint requires to calculate reduction of parking spaces compared to base ratio defined by PCC. Does someone knows PCC recommendation for this project’s use classification (Retail park) ? Thanks
