CS projects should have 75% of GFA to earn this credit?

75% of "leasable area" makes more sense here.
How do we communicate our suggestions to USGBC. Kindly let me know if there is a way.

Our project site is a winery that directs stormwater to ponds which are later used for irrigation. The only thing is that the ponds are sometimes considerably distant from the LEED building....

I have a major building entrance in my LEED boundary as well as some exterior entrances to a courtyard- do I need the mats to the courtyard area too?
Then we have restrooms but no janitor...

Just confirming that we are still eligible for this credit even if our project is a grade 2-5 elementary school. In our case, we would just need to survey all teachers and staff?
