What happened to Leadership?

The “L” stands for leadership. Every LEED version has been painful and caused market outcry, yet the market adapted and great progress was made.

Regarding lighting power density, our jurisdiction has a more stringent local code than ASHRAE 90.1-2007 (our local code is IECC 2012).

Should LPD Area match with Gross Project Square Footage?

I have a project in which my calculated area by space by space method is slightly more than the area inserted by LEED Admin in "Gross Project Square Footage". Should these numbers match?

Hi, we are currently working on a project which is nearing substantial completion but we haven't yet done our design submissions for LEED. will it affect our LEED certification? please advice.

The FAQ on LEED User for this credit says that the non-FSC invoices need to be compiled but not submitted and references the April 2008 Memo.
