State DEQ-Listed Brownfield Site - credit denied

NC-2009 SSc3:Brownfield Redevelopment
posted by  Michele Otazua  on

In our first review, our credit was denied. We are on a zero lot line property with the building occupying the entire site, but the site is listed on the state DEQ register of brownfield sites.

Has anyone else looked at this credit for their projects? It seems like a gimme with the Option 2 threshold and I want to make sure I am not missing something
