HI, Continuing the Hotel conversation, the 2013 IEQ matrix indicates that guestrooms, front desk and BOH - housekeeping areas should be included for IEQc7.2.

On LEED 2009, I remember reading that using a charger that could half the charge time would be counted as 2 charge stations. Did this change for LEED v4?

I have 5 existing buildings on a campus that are served by a common (existing to remain) steam boiler plant. There are no other buildings served by this plant.

I know MEP components are not included in the MR4 credit. What about piping or duct insulation? Insulation is part of Division 7, so I say it should be included.
