when looking at a site to obtain information about natural conditions with an existing school being torn down and a new school being built-how would you access or would it even make sense to evaluate prior to human activities? Under step 1-it does say "an estimate of the natural conditions is acceptable"-is there a rule of thumb accepted - say 50%/50% woods/meadow? thanks
